So I'm about 75% texturing. Going to add some moss on the bottoms, highlights to the bricks. and slight grunge. Will we be able to see the top of the fountain? If not. I won't bother messing with it.
look n good, Id add a lot of cracks and pits to the concrete, and the highlights will defiantly help, their biggest complaint with the previous texture was that it looked too flat shaded so I think if you add the big details you'll be safe

If by the top of the fountain you mean the very top, no because the statue is standing up there.
