here is a test turn around of the candy troll. hes got a spec and diffuse. can't really see the detail of the spec in the vid. oh well.
and here is a minion update.
yes that is a belt buckle - i am going to paint the cloths and belt onto the body mesh.

That staff looks great, good job breaking up the silhouette, looks better than the concept drawings I did and fits the style better
