Lawrence this may help you decide on a look for the minion. its the drawing that I did for the candy troll but I thing it will work better as a minion. you might want to make him shorter, slap some Labyrinth armor on him. as far as tech and weapons go I think they are going to be pretty rag-tag so a spear or a big hook for catching children. the mask itself should be pretty large and easily identifiable.
